February 2013

Dear shareholders and prospective shareholders,

In February, management focused largely on client initiatives to support the Company’s long-term revenue growth.

Conferences in February

Though our primary focus is currently still with the GI community, we continue to make inroads with general and colorectal surgeons. Early in the month, Company representatives attended the Southeast Surgical Congress in Jacksonville, Florida, which is the largest regional surgical meeting in the U.S. This was CRH’s first time attending the conference. The event was an excellent opportunity for CRH’s clinical sales specialist from the Miami area to build awareness about the procedure in his region.

Building goodwill in the GI community through education

Over the years, CRH Medical has evolved as an educator within the GI community when it comes to the treatment of hemorrhoids. Our efforts to educate gastroenterologists and their support staff took a step forward in February when we released a series of tutorials addressing several of the frequently asked questions we receive regarding the O’Regan System. We have created these videos as quick reference tools to ensure that our trained physicians are comfortable in all aspects of the procedure. These initial videos will be the first of many, and can be viewed by clicking the link below:

Looking ahead to March

In March, we plan on being active in both the medical community and with Bay Street.
Early in the month, we will be attending the American College of Gastroenterology Regional Meeting in Captiva, Florida. Towards the middle of March, we will be at the GI Roundtable in Boston, Massachusetts. Both conferences are expected to generate a number of new client leads, and represent opportunities to reinforce relationships with key opinion leaders in the GI community while reconnecting with physicians utilizing the CRH O’Regan System
Later in March, we’ll be in Toronto on a two-day, non-deal roadshow to raise CRH’s profile with the buy and sell side on Bay Street.

We look forward to sharing the March edition of the CRH Investor Bulletin with you, and as always, we appreciate your interest and support.
