March 2012

Dear shareholders and prospective shareholders,

At CRH Medical, we value your interest in our business. We would like to reciprocate by sending you a monthly update touching on different value-building initiatives that we are working on behind the scenes.

For March, one event stands out for us as being very important for the growth of our business. At the end of the month, CRH Medical has been invited to speak at a prominent, annual gastroenterology conference. The event, the 2012 GI Roundtable, is scheduled for March 30 and 31 in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Top gastroenterologists from the United States attend the conference to talk about healthcare reform and the future of gastroenterology. Keynote speakers include Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist, former Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Administrator Mark McClellan, and Princeton economist Uwe Reinhardt.

CRH Medical will be there to educate the GIs and their staff about how we make a difference in the rapidly evolving field of gastroenterology. Specifically, we’ll be speaking with GI practice decision makers about how our patented CRH O’Regan System can increase their revenues by providing their patients with a safe and effective product to treat hemorrhoids. The O’Regan System is single use, disposable, clinically proven hemorrhoid treatment for grades I – IV hemorrhoids.

Increasing our profile with gastroenterologists is not new for our business. In fact it’s been a hallmark of our operations for many years. By combining marketing smarts with a great product, we have been able to steadily increase our revenues and income for four consecutive quarters.

Raising CRH’s Profile with Investors

We also remain focused on sharing the CRH Medical story with the North American investment community.

To that end, in January, we met with a number of analysts, investment bankers and institutional investors in San Francisco. At the beginning of March, we participated in a two-day, non-deal investor roadshow in Vancouver, B.C. During the Vancouver roadshow, we met with a number of high quality investment advisers from local brokerages.

The feedback from both roadshows was extremely positive. Specifically, meeting participants said they were impressed by our business model and stated that they are looking forward to the prospect of future financial growth.

Speaking at the 2012 GI Roundtable supports our mandate to improve our financial results. While marketing to prospective investors raises our visibility with the investment community. We are confident that initiatives such as this will continue to have a positive impact on our business, which in turn should create greater shareholder value in the future.

We look forward to sending you April’s edition of CRH’s Investor Bulletin next month. As always, we appreciate your interest and support. We’d also invite you to visit our website at to learn more about the company.
