Dear shareholders and prospective shareholders,

CRH’s Clinical Sales Support Program with Magellan Medical Technology Consultants continued to make progress in November. Our dedicated representatives are now fully active in our first four target markets – Miami, Atlanta, San Antonio/Houston and Dallas.

Their focus is to increase the adoption of the CRH O’Regan System within gastroenterology practices already trained by CRH Medical, and to introduce the technology to GI practices not yet trained.

While it’s still relatively early in the Program, we are pleased with the meaningful interactions our clinical sales specialists are having on a daily basis with current and prospective customers. Collectively, we are asking the reps to meet with about 60-80 accounts per week and so far, the meetings are split about evenly between existing and new accounts. We are very positive about this initiative and believe it will generate meaningful results by the first half of 2013.

Prepping for New York Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Annual New York Course

We intend to remain visible to our GI partners late into 2012 by attending the New York Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy 36th Annual New York Course on December 20. This high-profile event, sponsored by Albert Einstein College of Medicine and New York Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, is attended by national and international practicing gastroenterologists, surgical endoscopists, GI fellows, GI nurses and associates.

For CRH Medical, it’s an opportunity to fortify relationships with thought leaders in the GI community, connect with physicians utilizing the CRH O’Regan System, and expand our sales pipeline. We’ll also use this forum to increase the awareness of CRH Medical within the industry.

Upcoming Toronto/Montreal Marketing

We plan to be in Montreal and Toronto in mid December to raise the Company’s profile with money managers who invest in growth stories, and to ensure that the Street is familiar with our growth strategy and expectations going forward.

Toronto has been fertile ground for us in 2012 in terms of bringing new investors into the Company. Montreal’s financial community has had a long-standing appetite for growth stories and we are excited to introduce CRH to that audience as well.
