Dear shareholders and prospective shareholders,
CRH’s Clinical Sales Support Program with Magellan Medical Technology Consultants made headway in October. After an in-person training session in late September with our first Clinical Sales Specialists and a number of the principals from Magellan, our dedicated Specialists hit the ground running in Miami and San Francisco in October.
Their focus is to increase the adoption of the CRH O’Regan System within gastroenterology practices already trained by CRH Medical, and introduce the technology to GI practices not yet trained.
We also interviewed several additional candidates in Minneapolis this month and in doing so, increased the size of our dedicated Clinical Specialists team by three. The new territories that will be covered include Atlanta, San Antonio/Houston and Dallas.
We’re excited about the launch of this initiative as it allows us to increase the number of face-to-face interactions we have with current and potential customers. By doing so, we’ll raise the O’Regan System’s profile. At the end of the day, we believe this personal interaction will drive sales. As we articulated in our third quarter conference call, we think this initiative will generate meaningful results by the first half of 2013.
Attending the American College of Gastroenterology conference in Las Vegas
Also in October, management attended the ACG 2012 Annual Scientific Meeting and Postgraduate Course in Las Vegas. The American College of Gastroenterology is a recognized leader in educating GI professionals and the general public about digestive disorders. The Annual Scientific Meeting and Postgraduate Course offers GI physicians nationwide the opportunity to network with peers, share experiences from their practice, learn the latest clinical information on key GI topics, and evaluate recent advances in gastrointestinal technology and therapeutics.
For CRH Medical, ACG 2012 was a great venue to strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders, talk to physicians utilizing the CRH O’Regan System, and generate a number of new leads. We also used this venue to increase the awareness of CRH Medical within the industry and build new relationships with professionals in the GI space.

Earlier in October we also attended the American College of Surgeons 2012 Annual Clinical Conference in Chicago where we had the opportunity to introduce our technology to a new group of physicians. The meeting was a success and after speaking further with these surgeons, we are confident that there will be a market for our procedure within this specialty.
Calgary and Vancouver Marketing
With our business development initiatives moving forward, we visited a number of key capital markets accounts in Calgary and Vancouver this week. Our mandate during the roadshow was twofold:
• Raise the Company’s profile with money managers who have a proven interest in growth stories
• Ensure that the Street is aware of our strategy and expectations going forward
The brokers we met with said they are very interested to see the impact that the Clinical Sales Support Program will have our business. Many also stated that they were impressed by the market opportunity that we have ahead of us.
